KEEN OBEY branding, site design, original music, artwork, and authorized materials remain protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. These Terms do not transfer ownership.

Limitation
To the maximum extent permitted by law, KEEN OBEY is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the Services.
